why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much

Long back... Some where  i read  this story.....and i stored in hard Disk....yesterday i found again ....then i thought to share.....

I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart.

FOR EXAMPLE:

One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed.Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, 'I don't feel like it,I just want you to hold me.'

I said, 'WHAT??!! What was that?!'

So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear...

'You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enoughfor me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.'

She responded to my puzzled look by saying,'Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?'

Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.

The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her.We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store.I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take, so I told her we'd just buy them all.She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, 'Lets get a pair for each outfit.'

We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings.Let me tell you... she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck.I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis braceletwhen she doesn't even know how to play tennis.

I think I threw her for a loop when I said, 'That's fine, honey.'She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement.Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, 'I think this is alldear, let's go to the cashier.'

I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, 'No honey, I don't feel like it.'

Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, 'WHAT?'

I then said, 'Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enoughfor me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.'

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added,'Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?'

Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either....but at least the bitch knows I'm smarter than her.

Three ideas to work smarter in 2011

After a planning to start new venture i just ahd issues with partners planning and scheduling so i decide to write small blog which will help them and help others too , importantly it will help me to remember.

all the below details taken form my company tips pages hope they don't have copyright issues.

Three ideas to work smarter

How do you plan to work smarter in 2011? The new year is shaping up to be bright — and packed with exciting new projects, plans and goals to accomplish. Here are a few ideas about how to better manage your work day. If you agree, disagree or just want to tell us what you think, email us. Share your personal strategies and tips for working smarter. Your colleagues and friends could benefit from your experience.

1. EXAMINE HOW MUCH TIME YOU SPEND ON EMAIL.
Does it take up too much of your time? if so read this

Email Overload?

Follow the one-touch email rule
Like it or not, email floods in all day long. How many emails do you receive? 100 per day? 200? More?
And what do you do with them? Open most of them, respond to some, and leave some for later. Come back to the low-priority ones, and leave some of them for later – again. Spend weekends deleting the unnecessary ones. Sound familiar?
And we all dread this warning: Your mailbox is almost full
One-touch email handling just might be the answer.
When you get an email, glance through it, and immediately do one of the following:
  • Delete it
  • Reply to it
  • Delegate the action
  • Schedule the action
  • File it

2. SPEND TIME TO GET ORGANIZED AND PLAN EACH DAY.
For example, you might take a few minutes at the end of each day to think about the next day’s tasks. Organizing your thoughts and action steps will help you leave work with some peace of mind and a good game plan for tomorrow.

3. SCHEDULE TIME FOR YOURSELF TO DO THE WORK YOU PLAN.
Whenever possible, schedule time for yourself to actually do the work that’s on your list. Think carefully about how much time is actually needed for each task if you could do it without interruption.

What’s on your mind? We want to know what you will be doing in 2011 to become a smarter employee.

Thank u and as i always request you guys to post a comments on my posts thanks you

MNP-->Mobile Number Portability

What is it MNP (Mobile Number Portability) ?

It is a new facility that allows you to switch your user without changing your mobile number. In fact, mobile number portability can be done even if you keep the same technology—GSM to GSM connection—or change it —CDMA to GSM connection and vice versa.

How to switch -

Rules:
1) Subscribers who want to avail of this service, first need to send an SMS: PORTyour mobile number to 1900 from their mobile. They will get an eight-digit alphanumeric code and an expiry date for that code from the current service provider. This code is called unique porting code, or UPC.

2) Then he needs to fill the application in a particular format and mention the new service provider, he would like to subscribe for.

3) The new service provider will collect the information about the user from the current operator. A time period of seven days will be taken for the complete transfer of mobile number to the network of the new mobile operator.

d) As a transformation charge for the new operator the subscriber has to pay Rs 19.c

Telcom launch special plans for MNP customers.

here is sumary of them

Telecom operators like BSNL and MTS today announced various schemes to woo subscribers of other companies.
State-owned BSNL will provide free 2G and 3G connections, besides free talktime to MNP customers migrating to BSNL.
"No port in charges shall be levied to customers moving to BSNL. Besides this, the SIM card for 2G/3G shall be provided free of cost, along with an additional talk value of Rs 100 for prepaid customers," BSNL said in a statement.
Subscribers will also get 50 per cent rebate on the first month charges along with free 5 GB GPRS/3G usage for a month.
MNP has not only ushered in fresh competition among GSM operators, but between GSM and CDMA operators as well.
Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (SSTL), which offers CDMA services under MTS brand name, said it will offer a range of smartphones through easy monthly instalment (EMI) options, along with free talktime.

Besides, CDMA customers switching to MTS would be offered half paisa per second tariff for all local calls valid for three months on buying the first recharge coupon of Rs 13.

Apart from wooing new customers, telcos are also launching innovative schemes to retain existing customers.

Loop Mobile, which operates in Mumbai, has launched a new offer under which its subscribers will get minimum 0.50 paise per minute for every call drop in Mumbai and Thane.

Customers will have to pay a maximum of Rs 19 to their existing operators to change their networks and new operators have the option to either waive the fee or reduce it.

However, a consumer will have to remain with one operator for a minimum of three months, for availing the MNP service.

Uninor, the JV company between Norwegian firm Telenor and Unitech, said the company will go with its Dynamic Pricing scheme to attract pre-paid subscribers to its network.

"The customer can keep the same number but start getting up to 60 per cent discounts on all the calls that is a powerful proposition," Uninor said in a statement.

The Department of Telecommunications has said the entire process of switching operators will take a maximum of seven days and subscribers may face disruption of services for about two hours during that period
